Prior to establishing Tourism Potential, Stephen was General Manager of a national tourism research and consulting organisation for several years. He has also served on several tourism industry committees and was recently a Queensland Tourism Awards and Australian Tourism Awards judge. Stephen's professional career began with the development and operation of Sunshine Plantation (Sunshine Coast) and Hawaii Tropical Plantation (Maui).
